Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • ½ cup greek Yogurt (optional for creaminess)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the banana. Measure all ingredients and keep them ready.
  2. In a blender, add milk first, then banana, peanut butter, yogurt, and any add-ins you like.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if it’s too thick or extra ice if you want it colder.
  4. Sample your smoothie. If you want more sweetness, add honey or maple syrup and blend again for a few seconds.
  5. Pour into a tall glass or smoothie bowl. Garnish with banana slices, a drizzle of peanut butter, or crushed nuts.
