Chicken Curry with Bottle Gourd Recipe | Lauki Chicken Curry

Ingredients
- ½ bottle gourd
- 500 gms Chicken with bone
- 1 potato
- 2-3 tablespoon mustard oil
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 oinon, sliced
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- salt
- 4 green chillies
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
Instructions
- Remove the peel of bottle gourd and cut it into pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaves, sliced onion and saute it.
- Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and saute it.
- Now add chicken, green chillies, salt and saute well.
- Add bottle gourd pieces and saute for 5 minutes.
- Cover and cook until the bottle gourd is cooked well.
- Lastly, add garam masala and mix it.
- Now the bottle gourd chicken curry is ready to serve.
