Ingredients
- 2 Onions, chopped
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- ¾ tsp mustard seeds
- 8–10 curry leaves
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 cup cooked rice
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- salt
- 3 tsps oil
- 1 tsp tomato sauce
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped chillies and saute for 5 minutes.
- Now, add turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and stir.
- Add tomato puree, salt and saute for 5-7 minutes.
- Add cooked rice, stir and mix uniformly.
- Add 1 tsp tomato sauce and stir.
