Ingredients

  • 2 Onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • ¾ tsp mustard seeds
  • 810 curry leaves
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • salt
  • 3 tsps oil
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped chillies and saute for 5 minutes.
  2. Now, add turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and stir.
  3. Add tomato puree, salt and saute for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add cooked rice, stir and mix uniformly.
  5. Add 1 tsp tomato sauce and stir.
