Ingredients

  • 1315 dry red chilli
  • 5 tomato
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • ½ inch ginger
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. firstly, in a deep bottom pan, take 2 cups of water and add 5 tomatoes, 13-15 dried red chilli.
  2. boil for 5 minutes or till tomatoes start peeling its skin.
  3. cool down the blanched tomatoes and chilli.
  4. once it is cooled down, remove the skin of the tomatoes.
  5. transfer the peeled tomatoes and red chilli into a blender.
  6. also add 6 cloves garlic, ½ inch ginger, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp vinegar, salt and 1 tsp soy sauce.
  7. blend to smooth paste without adding water.
  8. finally, momos chutney is ready to enjoy with momos.
