Ingredients
- 13–15 dry red chilli
- 5 tomato
- 6 cloves garlic
- ½ inch ginger
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- salt to taste
Instructions
- firstly, in a deep bottom pan, take 2 cups of water and add 5 tomatoes, 13-15 dried red chilli.
- boil for 5 minutes or till tomatoes start peeling its skin.
- cool down the blanched tomatoes and chilli.
- once it is cooled down, remove the skin of the tomatoes.
- transfer the peeled tomatoes and red chilli into a blender.
- also add 6 cloves garlic, ½ inch ginger, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp vinegar, salt and 1 tsp soy sauce.
- blend to smooth paste without adding water.
- finally, momos chutney is ready to enjoy with momos.
