  • ½ cup crushed cookies (Oreo, graham crackers, or digestive biscuits)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)
  • Toppings of choice: Melted chocolate, Crushed nuts, Shredded coconut, Cookie crumbs, Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Allow the cream cheese to reach room temperature for easy mixing.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Fold in crushed cookies or crumbs for texture.
  4. Scoop small portions (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into smooth balls using your hands.
  5. Place the cheesecake balls on a tray lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
