Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup yogurt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- Honey and cherry for serving
Instructions
- In a blender, add oats, bananas, salt, yogurt, milk, oil, baking powder.
- Allow blending until the mixture is as smooth as you want it.
- Make smooth flowing consistency batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of prepared pancake batter.
- Simmer and cook until bubbles appear on the surface.
- Flip over the pancake and simmer for 1 minute
- Serve pancakes with a drizzle of honey and cherry.
