Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • Honey and cherry for serving

Instructions

  1.  In a blender, add oats, bananas, salt, yogurt, milk, oil, baking powder.
  2. Allow blending until the mixture is as smooth as you want it.
  3. Make smooth flowing consistency batter.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of prepared pancake batter.
  5. Simmer and cook until bubbles appear on the surface.
  6. Flip over the pancake and simmer for 1 minute
  7. Serve pancakes with a drizzle of honey and cherry.
