Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice (100% pure)
  • ½ cup coconut cream (or cream of coconut for sweetness)
  • 1 to 1½ cups ice cubes
  • ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks (optional)
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy (30–60 seconds).
  3. Taste and adjust: Add more juice for thinness, more ice for thickness.
  4. Serve immediately in chilled glasses.
  5. Garnish with pineapple slices, cherries, or umbrellas.

Notes

  • Use frozen pineapple for a slushie-style drink.

  • Add mango, banana, or strawberries for fruity twists.

  • For a lighter version, swap coconut cream with coconut water.
