firstly, take flour in a bowl and add salt and 1 tsp oil and mix well. After this, add a little water and knead the soft dough and put a cloth on it for 10 minutes and leave it to rest.
On the other hand, put 2 tsp oil in a pan and after the oil is hot, add chopped garlic and chopped ginger and saute on high flame.
Now add chopped onion and chopped green chillies. Saute for 1 minute.
further, add grated carrot, chopped cabbage, chopped capsicum and chopped green beans. Stir fry on high flame.
Now add soy sauce, black pepper powder and salt. stir well.
lastly, add spring onion and the stuffing mixture is ready.
further, pinch a small ball-sized dough and flatten it.
Now dust with some maida and started to roll using a rolling pin.
roll to an almost medium-thin circle. Make sure you roll from the sides and keep the centre slightly.
Put a tbsp of prepared stuffing in the centre of it and prepare the momo in the shape of your choice.
Heat a steamer and arrange the momos in the tray without touching each other.
Steam the momos for 10-12 minutes.
Finally, veg momos recipe is ready to serve with red momo chutney.
Notes
Steam the momos just before serving because cooled momos will not taste good.
You can add vegetables of your choice in momos stuffing.
