How to make momos chutney

  • firstly, in a deep bottom pan, take 2 cups of water and add 5 tomatoes, 13-15 dried red chilli.
  • boil for 5 minutes or till tomatoes start peeling its skin.
  • cool down the blanched tomatoes and chilli.
  • once it is cooled down, remove the skin of the tomatoes.
  • transfer the peeled tomatoes and red chilli into a blender.
  • also add 6 cloves garlic, ½ inch ginger, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp vinegar, salt and 1 tsp soy sauce.
  • blend to smooth paste without adding water.
  • finally, momos chutney is ready to enjoy with momos.

  • 1315 dry red chilli
  • 5 tomato

  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • salt to taste
